Alexandra Ffion (b.1993) is an award winning fine Artist currently based in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex.

Since studying at Central Saint Martins (2011-2012) and the University of Brighton (2012-2015) she has exhibited at multiple locations across the UK and Europe.

Alexandra’s work manifests in the form of abstract textural painting and surrealist collage, creating immersive and oneiric environments preserving the ephemerality of colour and light in nature.

Her inspiration comes from a sensual relationship with colour, the abstraction of textures and the juxtaposition that exists in between these environments.

Her artistic practice focuses on themes of natural connection and the visual patterns that encompass our ever-changing world.

Alexandra Ffion works at her studio in Ore, East Sussex as a part of the Blacklands/Common Mormon artist group.
